Job summary

Lion Global Investors Limited is seeking an experienced risk professional reporting to the Head of Risk Management. The role covers operational resilience, liquidity and counterparty risk, governance, and regulatory oversight to support the Company's risk framework.

The ideal candidate has 5–7 years in financial risk, familiarity with MAS regulations, strong analytical skills, and proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint. Internal audit or regulatory inspection experience is highly regarded.

Qualifications

• Relevant degree, preferably in finance, accountancy or business.
• 5–7 years of relevant financial industry experience.
• Strong risk analytics and reporting capabilities.
• Familiarity with regulatory requirements and risk governance.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate Annual Risk Control Self-Assessment (RCSA) reviews and risk attestations.
• Lead Business Continuity Management activities (BCP/BIAs) and group attestations.
• Oversee Third-Party Risk Management including onboarding and reviews.
• Collaborate with Technology to ensure MAS TRM compliance and incident monitoring.
• Prepare dashboard materials for Board/Management and risk committee materials.
• Support internal/external audits and regulatory inspections.
• Drive timely completion of projects and ad-hoc duties.
