Job summary

Reap is seeking a senior risk professional to own strategic risk initiatives as we expand APAC card issuing. You will lead fraud risk management, governance, and incident response across markets, while partnering with data teams to deliver actionable risk intelligence.

You will collaborate with clients to quantify risk exposure and set controls aligned with business models, contributing to a data-driven risk culture across a lean risk team.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of risk management experience in card issuer or acquirer environments.
• Strong fraud and risk management background with payments knowledge.
• Self-driven ownership and ability to lead projects end-to-end.

Responsibilities

• Lead new market expansion risk across APAC card issuing products.
• Drive risk governance for BIN sponsorship clients.
• Automate and scale risk monitoring and incident response.
• Lead fraud investigations and cross-functional coordination.
• Build risk dashboards and partner with data team to surface signals.
• Deliver client-facing risk advisory and quantify fraud exposure.
• Elevate data-driven decision-making with risk metrics and dashboards.
