Job summary

Skyworks Global Pte Ltd is seeking a Sr. Test Engineer to advance RF hardware and software development for high-performance RF projects. You will lead test program creation, fixture design, and production-ready validation across global teams.

The role requires deep RF/microwave measurement know-how, proficiency with RF test equipment, and strong automation in Python/C#/LabVIEW/MATLAB to enhance coverage and yield. Singapore site.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or related field with RF/microwave/test tech focus.
5+ years in RF product development and test engineering, including test hardware design and production test implementation.
Experience with RF test platforms and ATE equipment such as LTX/DMDX/Cohu.
Deep understanding of RF/microwave measurements and calibration methodologies.

Responsibilities

Design, develop, and implement cost-effective testing methods for RF systems and equipment.
Prepare test programs, fixture designs, and procedures for new products; plan labor and equipment for testing.
Lead cross-functional, global project teams to drive test development and product readiness.
