CYGNIFY PTE. LTD. in Singapore seeks an experienced Senior RF Engineer to own end-to-end design of production-ready RF modules from concept through manufacturing transfer.

You will collaborate with PCB, mechanical, and product teams to translate requirements into RF architectures, validate performance, and ensure manufacturability for demanding real-world environments. This is a hands-on, fast-paced role with deep technical impact.

Formación

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering or RF Engineering.
• Significant experience designing RF hardware for wireless systems.
• Experience with design-to-production and product transfer processes.

Responsabilidades

• Design and develop production-ready RF radio modules from concept through validation and manufacturing transfer.
• Translate product requirements into RF architectures including schematic design and PCB implementation.
• Lead end-to-end RF design execution including RF circuitry, analog components, and system interfaces.
• Develop compact and scalable radio module designs supporting multiple frequency bands and configurations.
• Perform RF simulations and front-end analysis to validate design choices before hardware fabrication.
• Plan and execute RF and system-level validation testing to ensure specifications are met.
• Prepare schematics, design rationales, and test results for lifecycle management.
• Coordinate design reviews with RF, PCB, mechanical, and product engineering teams.
• Identify technical risks and balance performance, cost, and manufacturability.

We are partnering with Singapore-based company that makes communication radios — not drones. looking for candidates with RF module/system-level design experience (not component-level, telecom, IoT, or semiconductor backgrounds), ideally with R&D and design-to-production experience within the last 5 years. About the Role

The Senior RF Engineer will play a critical hands-on role in designing, validating, and transferring high-performance radio modules from concept through production.

In this role, you will work closely with PCB, mechanical, and product engineering teams to develop advanced wireless systems used in demanding real-world environments. You will lead RF design execution from initial architecture through prototype validation and manufacturing transfer, ensuring designs meet performance, reliability, and manufacturability requirements.

This is a deeply technical role offering end-to-end ownership and direct impact on the performance and capabilities of client's wireless products.

What You’ll Do

• Design and develop production-ready RF radio modules from concept through validation and manufacturing transfer
• Translate product requirements into RF architectures including schematic design, RF front-end development, and PCB implementation
• Lead end-to-end RF design execution including RF circuitry, analog components, power supplies, and system interfaces
• Develop compact and scalable radio module designs that support multiple frequency bands and product configurations
• Perform RF simulations and front-end analysis to validate design decisions prior to hardware fabrication
• Plan and execute RF and system-level validation testing to ensure performance meets product specifications
• Prepare technical documentation including schematics, design rationale, and test results to support product lifecycle management
• Coordinate design reviews with RF, PCB, mechanical, and product engineering teams
• Identify technical risks and develop solutions balancing performance, cost, manufacturability, and schedule
• Support development of next-generation wireless technologies including advanced Wi‑Fi, BLE, GPS, and high‑power RF amplification systems

Who You Are

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, RF Engineering, or a related field
• Significant experience designing RF hardware for wireless communication systems
• Strong expertise in RF circuit design, front‑end architectures, and radio system integration
• Experience with RF simulation, testing, and performance validation methodologies
• Familiarity with high‑frequency PCB design and RF layout considerations
• Experience supporting product development from prototype through production
• Ability to collaborate effectively with PCB designers, mechanical engineers, and product teams
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with the ability to manage complex technical challenges
• Comfortable working in fast‑paced engineering environments with evolving product requirements
