Role Summary: We are seeking a strategic and analytical
Senior Revenue Managerto drive revenue optimization across rooms, meeting spaces, and distribution channels. You will be responsible for pricing, inventory control, forecasting, reporting, and managing OTA partnerships to maximize profitability for the hotel cluster.
Key Responsibilities: Revenue Strategy & Optimization- Manage room and event space inventory, pricing, and availability across all systems (CRS, PMS, OTAs).
- Monitor and adjust rate strategies, overbooking policies, and restrictions to optimize yield.
- Analyze market trends, competitor pricing, and business mix to identify revenue opportunities.
- Generate daily/weekly/monthly forecasts and support budget planning and revenue reporting.
- Monitor and interpret IDeaS system recommendations and drive forecast accuracy.
Reporting & Analysis- Prepare month-end reports, revenue audits, and performance dashboards.
- Provide insights and recommendations to hotel leadership and sales teams.
- Ensure data accuracy across all channels and conduct regular quality control checks.
OTA & Distribution Channel Management- Manage relationships with approved OTAs and ensure content accuracy and rate parity.
- Analyze channel performance, optimize listings, and align with company distribution strategy.
- Conduct SWOT and PDP analyses to identify risks, opportunities, and market gaps.
Collaboration & Leadership- Partner with sales, marketing, digital, distribution, and loyalty teams to support campaigns.
- Train and guide reservation and revenue teams on best practices and system usage.
- Support compliance with corporate revenue management policies and systems.
Requirements:- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Hospitality, or related field.
- 2+ years in a revenue management role with a 4-year degree, or 4+ years with a diploma.
- Strong analytical skills with knowledge of IDeaS, STR, RateGain, TravelClick, and other RMS tools.
- Proven experience in forecasting, budgeting, OTA management, and performance analysis.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills across departments and stakeholders.
- Hands-on, detail-oriented, and tech-savvy with a strategic mindset.
