Key Responsibilities:

· Welcome clients with warmth and professionalism, creating a luxury experience from first contact

· Advise clients on our collections, showcasing deep product knowledge and storytelling

· Drive sales through client engagement, upselling, and personalized service

· Cultivate long-term relationships through clienteling and follow-up

· Support daily operations including stock handling, visual merchandising, and order processing

· Uphold brand presentation and boutique standards at all times

Key Requirements:

· At least 2 years of experience in luxury retail, jewelry, watches, or high-end hospitality

· Proven ability to achieve or exceed sales goals in a consultative sales environment

· Strong passion in luxury craftsmanship, watches, horology, or fine jewelry

· Proficiency in English and additional languages (is an added advantage)
