Position Summary

Role and Responsibilities

Store Upkeep and Visual Merchandising

  • Provide strategic input on new ideas and trends to innovate POSM plans, enhancing commercial effectiveness
  • Manage POP materials, including localization, production, execution and timely nationwide rollout
  • Ensure overall cleanliness and tidiness of concept zones and general display areas
  • Monitor display and fixture conditions; coordinate maintenance through appointed agencies to resolve retail defects
  • Enforce retail execution standards:
    • Correct placement of props
    • Activation of video screens
    • Adequate catalogues replenishment and general upkeep
Assets Management

  • Track and manage all fixture and endcap deployments
  • Ensure brand signage and lighting levels comply with HQ visual merchandising standards and guidelines


Display Set Management

  • Propose and optimize floor plans based on product mix and store profile
  • Issue, track and follow through on display set targets and completion timelines
  • Main accurate overview of active SKUs (display vs sales run rate)
  • Track monthly display share performance for Samsung and key competitors


Events and Activations

  • Plan and execute all assigned activations in line with brand standards, including planogram planning and on-ground delivery
  • Monitor onsite setup and execution for events, roadshows and activations
  • Provide innovation-driven ideas to elevate POSM strategy and activation impact
  • Manage digital assets execution for all Samsung-owned digital screens, adhering to HQ guidelines
  • Coordinate with external agencies to ensure on-time, high quality deployments, driving retail excellence and competitive advantage through design thinking


Others

  • Manage billing, invoicing and all related administrative processes
  • Work closely and communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders
  • Perform all other duties as assigned


Skills And Qualifications

  • Diploma / Degree holder with at least 2-3 years of relevant working experience in Retail Operations role
  • Have strong commercial sense and analytical mind
  • Must be a team player and strong influencing skills and able to work under tight schedules
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
