ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Keeping abreast of least sports news or trends in fashion while maintaining in-depth product knowledge and communicating to customers effectively.
• Provide excellent customer service and build rapport and customer loyalty.
• Proactively follow up and execute day-to-day operations in-store to ensure seamless operations.
• Be presentable at all times in the selling area, adhering to grooming standards.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

• Experience in Retail/ Sales in apparel/fashion/FW or FMCG retail
• Secondary / Certificate in Retail Management
• Knowledge of Outlook, Word, Excel, and Powerpoint
