Job Description
As a Senior Retail Associate, you’ll play a key role in supporting the daily operations at Singapore Changi airport and ferry terminal retail outlets. Your responsibilities include:
Sales & Customer Experience
Drive sales through upselling and cross-selling techniques
Deliver excellent customer service using OSCAR techniques
Address customer inquiries, complaints, refunds, and exchanges professionally
Stay updated on product features, promotions, and retail trends
Mentor and guide new team members on products, promotions, and brand standards
Maintain a polished, professional image at all times
Cashiering Duties
Process transactions accurately and courteously
Handle various payment methods efficiently
Maintain accurate records of cash float and daily cash sheets
Store Operations & Merchandising
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store
Ensure proper price labeling and attractive product displays
Support stock receiving, transfers, packing, and inventory checks
Conduct daily stock counts and flag any irregularities
Assist in visual merchandising and provide feedback to the team
Support store initiatives, promotional activities, and new setup requirements
Assist in opening/closing procedures and register balancing
Lead by example and support the team during peak periods
Job Requirements
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Able to work under pressure during peak periods
Passionate about retail with strong selling skills
Fluent in English; additional language skills are an added advantage.
Positive attitude and team player
Basic computer skills
