About the role

• Senior Retail Assistants are part of T2’s team of primary brand ambassadors, engaging directly with customers on the sales floor to make sales and provide customer assistance, whilst supporting the team to deliver the same excellent service.
• Senior Retail Assistants have strong passion for T2 and demonstrate this through their interactions with the customer and the team; educating on T2 products and how to brew tea. Their engaging manner inspires customers and the team alike through conversations and tastings, making sales and helping to ensure customers return many more times in the future.
