Job Scope:
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Restaurant Manager to lead the day-to-day operations of our restaurant. The ideal candidate will ensure high standards of service, cleanliness, safety, and team performance, while driving business goals and maintaining strong relationships with both staff and customers.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee all aspects of restaurant operations, including cleanliness, maintenance, and health & safety compliance
Ensure all business licenses and regulatory requirements are valid and up to date
Lead recruitment and performance reviews of restaurant staff
Create and manage team schedules based on business needs and peak hours
Uphold and model company values, service standards, and brand image
Build strong working relationships with staff, customers, and external vendors
Conduct regular briefings and staff training on safety procedures and job responsibilities
Monitor sales and operational performance; maintain accurate daily, weekly, and monthly reports
Identify opportunities for operational improvements and implement best practices
Support the business in meeting key performance targets
Job Requirements:
At least 3 years of experience in a managerial role within the restaurant or F&B industry
Minimum Diploma qualification
Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
Able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
Proactive, hands-on, and solution-oriented
