Job summary

YA XING CONSTRUCTION PTE. LTD. is seeking a site supervisor to monitor and supervise civil, structural, and architectural works by contractors in the field.

You will coordinate inspections with RE & RTO and liaise with subcontractors and Material Engineer to ensure timely material delivery. You will take practical measures to eliminate or minimize foreseeable risk at your zone and assist the Zone in charge of monitoring daily zonal progress and arranging work.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of working experience in the related field in residential projects.

Responsibilities

• To monitor and supervise civil, Structural/Architectural works of contractors in the field.
• To assist the Zone in charge of monitoring daily zonal progress and arranging work.
• To liaise with subcontractor & Material Engineer to ensure timely material delivery. Coordinate and attend site inspections with RE & RTO.
• To take practical measures to eliminate/minimize any foreseeable risk at the respective zone.
