Qualifications

Job description

Job Responsibilities

  • Assist QP in carrying out supervision for Architectural works and related works.
  • Manage the Project in the aspects of progress control, quality control, variation/cost control, safety control, environmental control, etc.
  • Assist Client / Consultants in monitoring and coordination of Architectural works to facilitate project completion, regulatory inspections, and handover.
  • Report critical and/or major issues to Client / Consultants and provide recommendations.
  • Liaise and coordinate with Client / Consultants to resolve on-site technical issues.
  • Manage a team of site staff and lead the supervision of architectural works.

Job Requirements

  • Degree in Architecture or equivalent from a University recognized by Board of Architects, with minimum 5 years of relevant working experience.
  • Strong knowledge of Architectural details, drawings and local construction practices.
  • Basic knowledge of C&S and M&E shop drawings.
  • Familiar with local codes and regulations
  • Experience in the supervision of building construction, architectural and fitting out works.
  • Good leadership, communication and interpersonal skills
