Location: Queenstown

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage research projects from start to finish
• Develop study protocols and statistical analysis plans
• Conduct and supervise data analyses (quantitative and/or qualitative)
• Ensure compliance with ethics and regulatory requirements
• Write and publish scientific papers
• Prepare grant proposals
• Conduct systematic literature reviews
• Mentor junior research staff
• Work closely with clinicians and research partners

Requirements

• Min. PhD in Public Health, Health Services Research, or related field
• Min. 2 years of relevant research experience
• Strong track record in clinical/public health/health services research
• Skilled in STATA, SPSS, NVivo or similar software
• Excellent publication record in peer-reviewed journals
• Strong project management and team leadership skills
• Able to engage with clinicians and collaborators confidently
• Excellent communication, writing, and presentation skills
