Job summary

Singapore Management University invites applications for a research-focused role to analyze Android applications automatically and summarize system logs, and to design GUIs for multiple project components.

You'll also support development of Android apps, evaluate interfaces, and collaborate with team members in a fast-paced academic environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, information systems, or closely related disciplines.
• Masters degree is a plus.
• Good communication skills in English.
• Past research experience in computer security and software engineering is a plus.
• Advanced level of programming and software implementation, especially in C/C++ and Java.
• Good understanding of Android architecture and Android executables.
• Good analytical, technical, and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledgeable in software security problems and solutions.
• Applicants with research publications in security area will be advantageous.
• Self-motivated individual who can work independently and also collaboratively with team members.
