National University of Singapore seeks a senior executive/assistant manager to oversee research agreements for the ADVANcing Clinical Evidence in Infectious Diseases Network (ADVANCE-ID). You will develop contract proposals, negotiate terms, and coordinate with finance and legal teams to keep projects within budget.

Responsibilities include updating contracts, analyzing risks, ensuring compliance with legal requirements, meeting deadlines, and maintaining organized records of all contracts.

Qualificações

• Degree in life science or health-related subjects.
• Prior experience in a contract administration role in clinical research field in Singapore.
• Strong negotiation and mediation skills.
• Knowledge of legal requirements involved with contracts.
• Ability to work with varying stakeholders levels, including finance, legal team, research office, and external partners.

Responsabilidades

• Develop contract proposals to support Advace-ID's goals.
• Negotiate contract terms with internal and external stakeholders while ensuring that projects remain within the established budget
• Review and update existing contracts
• Analyze potential risks involved with specific contract terms
• Stay up-to date with legislative changes and coordinate with the legal department as needed
• Ensure all deadlines and conditions described on contracts are met (e.g. payments and shippings)
• Maintain organized system of physical and digital records
