Job summary

Jurong Port Pte Ltd invites an experienced Reliability Engineer to lead and monitor equipment failure trends, set performance targets, and drive upgrades across maintenance and spare parts management at our Singapore port. You will oversee condition-based maintenance programs and digitalize the equipment library to support efficient operations.

The role requires 15+ years in heavy equipment/project management within the material handling domain, with proven leadership and cross-country vendor

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or higher in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
• Advanced degree or certifications in Engineering Management or Project Management would be advantageous.
• 15+ years of experience in heavy equipment/process plant project management, maintenance, and reliability engineering.

Responsibilities

• Lead, monitor and review equipment failure trend and set direction for follow up actions.
• Establish equipment productivity and availability targets.
• Develop and establish spare parts service levels, stock consumption study, re-order thresholds, and parts updates.
• Lead reliability team to improve maintenance procedures and processes.
• Develop equipment condition-based maintenance programs and lubrication management improvements.
• Digitalize the equipment library and ensure design change protocols are followed.
