Job summary

Lendlease Global Commercial REIT invites applications for a Financial Controller to lead the full spectrum of finance functions, including accounting, tax, treasury and risk management. This pivotal role will drive month‑end close, budgeting, reporting to the board and SGX, and will partner with regional teams and external advisors to ensure robust financial reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance.
• 10–15 years in accounting/finance roles.
• REIT experience is highly desirable.
• Strong knowledge of SGX, MAS and REIT regulations.

Responsibilities

• Lead the finance team and oversee monthly close for the REIT.
• Ensure accounting and reporting comply with standards and regulations.
• Oversee board reporting, SGX announcements, budgeting and forecasting.
• Manage tax, treasury, internal controls, and risk management.
• Coordinate with external auditors and CFO/CEO as required.
