Job description

The Senior Regional Product Executive (Footwear) develop, execute, and manage concepts on regional footwear trends, competitor insights, and customer voices. They define buyer personas and create product strategies to drive brand awareness and demand, achieving business goals. Responsibilities:

  • Design and developregional product line based on the Regional Special Making Unit (SMU) needs that focus on the right market demands and trends, consumer behaviors, products, and pricings
  • Responsible for achieving Key Performance Metric Goals such as Category-Level Sales & Margin Targets for Company's Overall Product Marketing objectives
  • Deep use of analytics to analyze sales, margin, retail price, cost structure, product segmentation and merchandising prerequisites of Sales Team & Distributors
  • Prepare Seasonal Order Sheet and consolidate Order Forecast in a timely manner, gathering all necessary information about Seasonal/Annual Product, Cost, & Product schedule
  • Communicate regularly with Global Footwear Product Development team to make strategic product decisions alongside Design, Development, Production, & Sales counterparts
  • Establish a close relationship with the Marketing Team for seasonal/annual Product & Category-Level development
  • Lead business presentation to discuss category direction and product line strategy. Audiences include our Distributors, Sales Team, Marketing Team, and Upper Management during key events such as Pre-Lines, Sample Reviews, & Sales Conference
  • Ensure proper filing, sorting, and retrievability of electronic & hard-copy documents
  • Additional special tasks may be assigned to this role based on team needs and business requirements.

Requirement:
