Job description

Role Overview:

We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Senior Regional Marketing Manager to lead our marketing initiatives across the APAC region. This role requires a proactive leader with strong digital marketing expertise, a collaborative mindset, and the ability to drive regional performance while contributing to global marketing strategy.

Your Mission

1. Campaign Leadership & Demand Generation

  • Lead the planning and execution of digital marketing campaigns across the EOS APAC region, with clearly defined success metrics.
  • Manage and continuously optimize Social Media campaigns across APAC, including testing innovative formats through A/B tests and other mechanisms
  • Independently initiate and manage new initiatives in order to achieve the defined goals (e.g. lead gen, demand gen and awareness) to demonstrate innovation and ownership.

2. Digital Marketing & AI Competency

  • You translate the global marketing strategy into actionable regional plans tailored to the APAC region’s unique needs, enabling local teams to contribute effectively to global marketing objectives.
  • You define regional objectives and budgets for APAC markets and establish clear KPIs to track and continuously improve performance. You report progress regularly to relevant stakeholders.
  • Stay current with digital marketing trends and tools, particularly in lead generation and AI-powered marketing strategies.
  • Apply digital and AI knowledge to enhance campaign performance and contribute meaningfully to global marketing discussions.

3. Global Marketing Leadership Team

  • As part of the global marketing leadership team, you help shape and advance the global marketing strategy, ensuring alignment with Sales and the Business Units
  • You serve as the voice of the APAC region in global and cross-regional forums.
  • You actively engage with your counterparts in EMEA and North America to share plans, learnings, and best practices, fostering consistency and collaboration across the global marketing organization.

4. Sales Collaboration & Stakeholder Management

  • You collaborate closely with the APAC Sales Leadership Team to reflect regional market dynamics, cultural specifics, and business priorities.
  • You work in close partnership with regional sales leaders to understand commercial goals and identify how marketing activation strategies can best support them.
  • You align regularly with Product Marketing and Business Unit teams to synchronize campaign planning, define priority areas, and ensure a shared approach to success measurement.

Your Talents

· Minimum of 7 years of B2B marketing experience, with at least 3 years in a regional or senior-level role.

· Proven success in digital marketing, including campaign strategy, execution, optimization, and performance reporting.

· Hands-on experience with Google Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and regional platforms such as Naver Ads and WeChat.

· Strong understanding of AI applications in marketing and a commitment to continuous learning and upskilling.

· Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and cross-functional collaboration skills.

· Experience working in a global matrix organization.

· Familiarity with CRM like Salesforce and Marketing automation tools like Hubspot plus Tools like Canva, Miro and PimCore are a plus

· Strategic thinker with a solution-oriented mindset and a “can-do” attitude.

· Knowledge and experience in Additive manufacturing are a key differentiator for the successful candidate
