In this role, you’ll work directly with WEKA's Sales and Marketing team, shaping and executing high-impact strategies in a fast-paced, innovative environment. WEKA is looking for a Sr Regional Marketing Manager to drive growth across one of our most dynamic and high-potential regions. This is a strategic, hands-on leadership role for someone who thrives in a fast-moving, startup environment—someone equally comfortable shaping go-to-market plans and rolling up their sleeves to execute them. You’ll define how we grow the region, build our brand, and accelerate pipeline in partnership with sales and channel teams. While experience in field and partner marketing is essential, this role goes far beyond execution—it’s about owning the regional strategy, navigating market nuances, and laying the groundwork for future scale.
This is a high-impact, builder role.You’ll be responsible for both shaping the strategy and executing the programs that bring it to life. There’s no team (yet), so you’ll need to be hands-on, resourceful, and excited to turn ideas into execution.
