Senior Recruitment Consultant (Executive Search / Hybrid)

Job Scope:

• Perform staffing activities for clients from various industries.
• Conduct the full recruitment cycle from advertising, screening, interviewing, recommendations to successful placements.
• Propose and quote clients on the placement rates for various positions and salary tiers.
• Service existing clients and source for new businesses.
• Establish client rapport and loyalty through service quality.
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis in the recruitment industry.
• Handle grievances, complaints, and performance issues from candidates and clients alike.
• Achieve individual and company sales targets.

Requirements:

• Possess a Diploma/Degree in any field.
• Preferably with CEI qualification. Without certification is welcomed to apply.
• Preferably with 1-2 years of recruitment and/or sales experience. Training will be provided.
• Sales target oriented.
• Have the passion for sales and an affinity to achieve targets.
• Enthusiastic and keen to communicate with all walks of life.
• Achieve individual and company sales targets.
