Job description

The Senior Consultant will be responsible for the full spectrum of recruitment so as to ensure smooth running of the operations. They will be responsible for general contract staffing in the commercial space. They will be given clients’ orders to work on and is responsible for maintaining their relationship with their clients and their own pool of candidates. At the same time, they will also be asked to do their own business development to bring in potential new clients for the company.

Responsibilities

  • Handle an end-to-end 360 Degree recruitment, providing recruitment solutions to clients' staffing needs.
  • Develop new business accounts and handle the terms and conditions of business including pricing, guarantee provisions with clients.
  • Manage, retain, and grow Key Accounts through continuous relationship building and account servicing activities.
  • Attract, select, and present quality candidates who match the recruitment needs of clients.
  • Brief candidates on relevant information such as job scopes, salary, and benefits of the job.
  • Involve in interview coordination duties in between clients and candidates.
  • Conduct interview debriefs with candidates and seek feedback from clients regarding the interview outcome.
  • Responsible to collect the timesheet / time chit and ensure proper leave management or records of candidates.
  • Manage offers and ensure smooth onboarding of new hires.
  • Maintain accurate system recording and reporting of data.

Requirements:

  • Degree/Diploma in any discipline.
  • CEI certification is an added advantage.
  • Sales-driven and target oriented.
  • Proactive and take initiative and able to work in fast-paced work environment.
  • Ability to handle cold calling and target list creation.
  • Ability to build strong working relationship with candidates/clients.
  • Good communication Skills, ability to interview.
  • Client/ Candidate Management including selling, presentation, and negotiation Skills.
