Responsibilities:

  • Manage clients in FinTech space.
  • Grow the Technology search function identifying, attracting, and consulting with best-of-breed candidates for your clients.
  • Building relationships with C-Level clients, truly consulting to understand their recruitment needs managing the full recruitment process including opportunity realization, requirement qualification, talent identification, candidate representation, interview preparation, salary / contract negotiation.
  • Consistently managing & contributing to team targets & achieving individual & team monthly, quarterly & yearly sales targets.
  • Representing yourself and the Evolution brand professionally in the market at large.
  • Attending industry events to keep yourself at the forefront of the ever-changing technology landscape.
  • Developing direct and indirect marketing campaigns to increase your unique personal brand.

Requirements:

  • Minimum degree qualification in any discipline.
  • Minimum of 2 years experience in IT Recruitment preferred.
  • Minimum of 2 years experience in Sales, Business Development preferred.
  • A strong and proven track record in sales, networking and/or business development abilities.
  • Passion for FinTech / Technology.
  • A passionate desire to succeed and build a successful career.
