Responsibilities:

  • Manage clients in the FinTech space.
  • Grow the Technology search function by identifying, attracting, and consulting with top-tier candidates for your clients.
  • Build relationships with C-Level clients, understanding their recruitment needs, and managing the full recruitment process including opportunity realization, requirement qualification, talent identification, candidate representation, interview preparation, and salary/contract negotiation.
  • Consistently contribute to team targets and achieve individual and team sales goals on a monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis.
  • Represent yourself and the Evolution brand professionally in the market.
  • Attend industry events to stay at the forefront of the evolving technology landscape.
  • Develop marketing campaigns to enhance your personal brand.

Requirements:

  • Minimum degree qualification in any discipline.
  • At least 2 years of experience in IT Recruitment preferred.
  • At least 2 years of experience in Sales or Business Development preferred.
  • A proven track record in sales, networking, and business development abilities.
  • Passion for FinTech and Technology.
