Responsibilities:
- Manage clients in the FinTech space.
- Grow the Technology search function by identifying, attracting, and consulting with top-tier candidates for your clients.
- Build relationships with C-Level clients, understanding their recruitment needs, and managing the full recruitment process including opportunity realization, requirement qualification, talent identification, candidate representation, interview preparation, and salary/contract negotiation.
- Consistently contribute to team targets and achieve individual and team sales goals on a monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis.
- Represent yourself and the Evolution brand professionally in the market.
- Attend industry events to stay at the forefront of the evolving technology landscape.
- Develop marketing campaigns to enhance your personal brand.
Requirements:
- Minimum degree qualification in any discipline.
- At least 2 years of experience in IT Recruitment preferred.
- At least 2 years of experience in Sales or Business Development preferred.
- A proven track record in sales, networking, and business development abilities.
- Passion for FinTech and Technology.
- A strong desire to succeed and build a successful career.
