In this exciting role, you'll be instrumental in managing end-to-end recruitment cycles for high-volume hiring initiatives. You'll work closely with clients to understand their needs, develop effective recruitment strategies, and deliver top-tier candidates efficiently.

What You'll Do:
  • Lead Mass Hiring Projects: Strategize, plan, and execute recruitment campaigns for large-scale hiring needs across various industries and roles.
  • Full-Cycle Recruitment: Manage the entire recruitment process from job brief to offer acceptance, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation for high volumes of candidates.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, trusted relationships with clients, acting as a key point of contact and providing expert advice on talent acquisition strategies.
  • Talent Sourcing & Engagement: Utilize a variety of innovative sourcing techniques to identify and attract a diverse pool of qualified candidates.
  • Candidate Experience: Ensure a positive and engaging experience for all candidates throughout the recruitment journey.
  • Market Insights: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, talent landscapes, and best practices in mass recruitment.
What We're Looking For:
  • Proven Experience: Minimum of 1.5 years of experience in recruitment, with a significant focus on staffing, volume hiring, or mass recruitment projects, either in an agency or in-house setting.
  • Strong Sourcing Skills: Proficiency in using various sourcing tools and platforms (MCF, LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, social media, etc.).
  • Excellent Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex information clearly and persuasively.
  • Project Management: Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and meet tight deadlines in a high-pressure environment.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: A proactive and resourceful approach to overcoming recruitment challenges and optimizing processes.
  • Client-Centric Mindset: A genuine desire to understand client needs and deliver solutions that exceed expectations.
