A dynamic recruitment consultancy based in Singapore is seeking an experienced Recruitment Consultant. The role involves managing the recruitment process, developing client relationships, and requires strong negotiation skills. Candidates should be passionate about working in a sales-driven environment and have a minimum of three years in a similar role.
Responsibilities:
- Doing the 360 degree practice of recruitment including attracting clients and candidates
- Developing relationships, managing active communication with clients
- Pre-screening candidate’s CV, assessing candidate’s potential interview and prepare to forward candidate’s profile to clients
- Managing the end to end process from coordinating with client to candidate’s start date
- Developing and maintaining relations with HR team/Recruit channel partners
- Always keeping in contact with clients to get feedback of candidates
Requirements:
- Great negotiation skills
- Good command of English
- Passionate in a sales-driven / target driven working environment

- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in a past recruitment consultancy role
