The role of a Senior Consultant is to lead and manage Business Development activity and Key Accounts Management in your industry of specialization to achieve and exceed the budgeted gross profit and contribution to BTI Executive Search Singapore.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Responsible for driving your verticals including but not limited to cross-selling to other business vertical within BTI Executive Search Singapore while working closely with your Practise Leader and the senior management team to achieve your individual revenue targets.
  • Identify new clients, build and maintain strong business relationships with new and existing key clients to bring in regular and new businesses; also, to increase our corporate presence and branding within the marketplace.
  • Responsible for initiating the Company towards further expansion. To explore new business areas and markets for existing products & BTI solutions
  • Provide specialist advice on your specialisation to your clients and candidates
  • Participate in networking events and assignments to increase industry knowledge and presence

SKILLS & COMPETENCIES:

  • Diploma/ Degree holder – any discipline
  • At least 4 years’ experience from within the executive search industry with exposure from key industries (e.g. Technology, Banking & Finance, Life Sciences, Oil & Gas / Petrochemical, FMCG)
  • Strong client partnering skill and candidate management skill
  • Strong communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills.
  • In depth understanding of recruitment market
  • Demonstrates high level of integrity
  • Always approachable and possesses positive mindset
  • Demonstrates leadership and motivation
  • Able to coach and mentor consultants at time (if required)
  • Entrepreneurial and International business acumen
  • Possess macro-view and able to build holistic business partnership within PERSOLKELLY’s brands
