Responsibilities:
Interviewing & screening of potential candidates through advertising platforms.
Profiling, career planning and job matching candidates for client consideration.
Leading/building a team of Recruiters.
In charge of cold-calling and business development.
Liaise with candidates for employment contract signing and other administrative duties.

Requirements:
Possess at least a diploma in any field.
Atleast 1-3 years of experience working in an employment agency.
Keen to learn, positive attitude and ability to work independently.
