Senior Recruiter (Proficient in Vietnamese), (Contract)

Summary

The role is responsible for providing the highest level of recruiting partnership to business leaders and candidates through the organisation's sourcing and selection processes, performing full lifecycle recruitment while maintaining excellent relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Partner with senior leadership and hiring managers to identify and build out staffing needs and strategies.
  2. Build and maintain working relationships with negotiation skills with all 'customers' including candidates, managers, and business partners.
  3. Create and maintain relationships with the Corporate Team's leaders, staffing community, and other team members to ensure success, predictable results, and credibility.
  4. Understand the complete recruiting function, including research, sourcing, networking, behavior-based interviewing, and closing. Maintain excellent relations within the organization.
  5. Communicate effectively, keeping others informed, expressing ideas clearly both verbally and in writing, and in a timely manner.
  6. Maintain flexibility to adapt to ambiguity and the evolving needs of the business environment.
  7. Stay informed of trends and innovative recruiting techniques to remain competitive.
  8. Participate in ad-hoc tasks and projects as assigned.
  • Regularly communicate verbally and in writing in Vietnamese with non-English speaking locals in Vietnam, requiring proficiency in Vietnamese.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of end-to-end recruiting experience in a corporate environment, supporting one or more functions.
  • Proficient in Vietnamese (minimum Level C in CEFR or equivalent) for communication with local counterparts.
  • Experience recruiting within a multinational organization.
  • Experience recruiting technical talent across Southeast Asia in a fast-paced environment.
  • Focus on candidate experience and journey.
  • Ability to build trust-based relationships with senior leadership and business partners.
  • Proactive attitude, adaptable, and customer service-oriented.
  • Capable of managing ambiguity and using data to support recruiting strategies.
  • Skilled in designing and executing tailored sourcing strategies.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent project management, organization, and communication skills.
  • Experience leveraging digital recruitment platforms.
  • Exceptional presentation skills (Keynote / PowerPoint) for illustrating complex ideas simply.
