A leading company is seeking a Senior Recruiter proficient in Vietnamese to manage recruitment for stakeholders in Vietnam. The role requires strong negotiation and relationship management skills, alongside a deep understanding of the recruiting process. Ideal candidates will have a Bachelor’s degree and substantial experience in talent acquisition, working collaboratively with teams in both Singapore and Vietnam.
We are partnering with a Global MNC hiring for a Senior Recruiter (VIETNAMESE SPEAKING). As you will need to liaise directly with stakeholders and counterparts based in Vietnam, an intermediate level of proficiency in Vietnamese will be essential to the job.
Responsibilities
· Responsible for recruitment activities for stakeholders in Vietnam, which will need to be in Vietnamese.
Requirements
· Proficient (written and spoken) in ENGLISH and VIETNAMESE (Min VLPT B2 or equivalent) to communicate with associates & business stakeholders in Singapore and Vietnam to ensure accuracy of information.
