Position Summary:

We currently have an exciting and challenging opportunity available to be part of the Korn Ferry RPO team! Our client, a global leader in Shipping and Logistics, is looking for a Senior Recruiter to be based in District 2, Ho Chi Minh City to work onsite. As a Senior Recruiter, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process whilst being a subject matter expert around applicant tracking systems, candidate sourcing methodologies, and recruitment process effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Take ownership of the recruitment life-cycle for a number of key and high-profile business areas, with a strong focus on direct sourcing and diversity.
  • Discuss relevant recruitment strategies with hiring managers and be involved in creating various strategies to ensure maximum successful output.
  • Develop and maintain strong stakeholder and hiring manager relationships.
  • Utilise all available direct sourcing tools to ensure a quality candidate pipeline and actively source candidates and build candidate talent pools.
  • Be a ‘recruitment best practice’ champion into the business and support and deliver on the overall service delivery targets.
  • Provide information to Hiring Managers regarding market conditions, candidate availability, and salary benchmarks.
  • Maintain critical metrics and provide the highest data integrity within reporting.

Professional Experience:

  • Extensive experience in a similar field, RPO or internal with a global organisation.
  • Prior experience in hiring for Corporate Functions in Shipping and Logistics would be ideal, but not necessary.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Vietnamese, IT Literate with MS Office suite.
  • Ability to interpret reporting data and advise on solutions for process innovation and high-performance working.
  • Experience developing and executing sourcing methodologies to include market mapping, recruitment strategies, and Boolean searches as well as working with an ATS (Workday proficiency would be ideal).
  • Demonstrated ability to deal with ambiguity and show flexibility in a fast-moving environment.
  • Shown teamwork capability, stakeholder management, and networking skills.
  • Ability to be involved in a wide range of talent acquisition projects.
  • Able to commute to the office at least 3 times a week (District 2, Ho Chi Minh City) and 2 days work from home.
