What You Will Do

• Hunt for Top Talent: Use your expertise to source and attract high-caliber candidates through job boards, social media, professional networks, and referrals.
• Master the Art of Matchmaking: Screen, interview, and assess candidates to find the perfect fit for your clients’ needs.
• Build Lasting Relationships: Partner with clients to understand their hiring goals and deliver tailored recruitment solutions that exceed expectations.
• Close the Deal: Lead salary negotiations and manage the offer process to ensure a seamless experience for both candidates and clients.

What We Are Looking For

• A Recruitment Pro: You have 2-5 years of recruitment experience and a proven track record of success.
• CEI Certification (Mandatory): You hold a valid Certificate of Employment Intermediaries (CEI) from Singapore’s Ministry of Manpower.
• A Natural Connector: You are a people person with exceptional communication skills, able to build trust and rapport with clients and candidates alike.
• Driven and Ambitious: You are self-motivated, goal-oriented, and thrive in a performance-based environment.
