Job Description

The Senior Recruiter is responsible for Service Excellence throughout the recruitment cycle. The Senior Recruiter acts as a brand ambassador for their client and partners with hiring managers in a consultative capacity. They focus on delivering top talent while providing proactive and timely communication on search status. They stay abreast of industry and market trends impacting recruitment. They will mentor Recruiters and other team members, demonstrating innovative search techniques.

Work Location: Singapore
Work Arrangement: Hybrid
Work Schedule: APAC 1st shift
Specific requirements: Min 5-6 years of end-to-end recruitment, preferably in the life science industry, with strong stakeholder management experience.

Duties and Responsibilities
  • Conduct detailed job scope conversations with hiring leaders.
  • Review applicants via applicant tracking systems promptly.
  • Build and deploy targeted recruitment marketing campaigns.
  • Source candidates via resume databases, social media, deep web sourcing, and referrals.
  • Utilize proprietary software for candidate outreach.
  • Engage with talent through various media channels.
  • Tailor value propositions to candidates.
  • Prepare candidates for interviews and keep them informed.
  • Engage top candidates and build talent pipelines.
  • Update hiring managers on market and candidate status.
  • Articulate job offers and partner with managers for acceptance.
  • Ensure compliance with all regulations.
  • Deliver strong candidate slates and regular recruiting reports.
  • Identify and address search difficulties.
  • Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications

Position Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, management, human resources, or related field, or equivalent experience.

Experience:

  • At least five years of results-oriented recruiting experience in in-house, RPO, or agency settings.

Exposure:

  • Industry or niche segment expertise.
  • Experience with recruiting technologies and deep web sourcing.
  • Knowledge of compliance documentation and processes.
