Review applications and resumes, source and conduct interviews, extend job offers.
Identify future hiring needs and develop job descriptions and specifications.
Work closely with managers to gain a comprehensive understanding of the company's hiring needs for every role, and to meet competitive hiring goals and expectations.
Develop creative sourcing techniques.
Identify recruitment priorities and develop a strategy to fill the openings.
Post job openings in the HRIS, media or social media.
Track status of candidates in the HRIS and guide them all through the recruitment and hiring process.
Perfil buscado (h/m)
Bachelor's degree
Minimum of 7 years of experience in in-house full-cycle recruiting (MUST)
Proficiency in English, both written and spoken. (B2/C1) (MUST)
Experience working with the USA market (PLUS)
Working understanding of human resource principles, practices, and procedures.
Ability to handle data with confidentiality.
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, HRIS such as Workday or related software.
Familiarity with LinkedIn or other social media recruiting.
