Job summary

TOKENINSIGHT SG PTE. LTD. is seeking an experienced Recommendation Algorithm Engineer to design, build, and optimize large-scale personalized recommendation systems.

You will develop intelligent models to deliver relevant content and improve engagement while collaborating with Product, Data Science, and Engineering teams. You will design pipelines for candidate generation, retrieval, ranking, and re-ranking, and build scalable feature engineering and evaluation frameworks.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, AI, Data Science or related field.
• At least 5 years hands-on experience building production-grade recommendation or search systems.
• Strong understanding of recommender architectures: candidate retrieval, ranking, re-ranking, cold-start, multi-objective optimization.
• Experience with PyTorch or TensorFlow for model development.
• Proficient in feature engineering, user behavior modeling, sequence modeling, and handling sparse data.
• Experience designing and evaluating A/B tests and experimental methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and optimize end-to-end personalized recommendation systems across multiple user experiences.
• Develop multidimensional user profiles by analyzing user behavior and interactions.
• Design and improve the recommendation pipeline including retrieval, ranking, re-ranking, and cold-start strategies.
• Build scalable feature engineering pipelines from user behavior and content data.
• Develop, train, evaluate, and deploy ML models to improve accuracy and performance.
• Run A/B tests and analyze results to drive improvements.
