You will work across disciplines to deliver scalable software on complex mechatronic systems. The role emphasizes embedded systems, automation, and system-level software, with opportunities to grow toward architecture and leadership while mentoring junior engineers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s in Software/CS/EE or related field.
• 5+ years in large-scale software development, system-level/embedded preferred.
• Proficient in C#/C++ and OO design.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop real-time software for automation and equipment control.
• Translate requirements into technical specifications and system designs.
• Participate in software design reviews and contribute to platform evolution.
• Perform unit testing, debugging and performance tuning for robust behavior.
• Investigate defects and propose design improvements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional and cross-geographical teams.
• Document specifications, changes, and releases clearly.
• Support continuous improvement of tools, workflows and practices.
