An established industry player in healthcare is seeking a skilled Radiographer to join their dynamic team. This role involves performing diagnostic imaging across various advanced modalities such as CT, MRI, and Ultrasound, while also supervising operations and ensuring the highest standards of patient care. Location: Central
Working hour: 3 rotating shifts (including weekends and public holidays)
Salary: Up to 6K
Perform diagnostic imaging in general radiography and at least one advanced modality: CT / MRI / Ultrasound / Mammography / Interventional Radiology.
Administer contrast media when required.
Supervise section operations and ensure optimal care and use of equipment.
Implement and uphold quality assurance programs.
Enforce safe work practices, especially in radiation protection and infection control.
Train and coach junior radiographers and support staff.
Deliver courteous, professional service to patients and colleagues.
Manage patient inquiries and complaints effectively.
Monitor and optimise patient turnaround times.
Plan and prioritise tasks to ensure timely completion.
Provide motivation, support, and guidance to team members.
Maintain efficient workflows within your section.
Compile and report statistical data.
Ensure workplace ambience meets corporate standards.
Take on additional duties as assigned by supervisors or the Head of Department.
Degree or Diploma in Diagnostic Radiography / AHPC registration (Allied Health Professions Council).
Minimum 1-2 years of specialised experience in one or more of the following: Mammography / Ultrasound / CT / MRI / Interventional Radiology.
Strong leadership and mentorship abilities.
Compassionate with excellent patient care focus.
