Independently perform radiological examinations and produce images of diagnostic quality for radiological reports with due regard to patient safety, clinical responsibility, radiation protection and effective use of technology
Ensure the correct patient and area of interest is being imaged accordingly
Ensure examination performed is of diagnostic value with correct patient identification before discharging the patient
Provide care for patients undergoing examinations according to the conditions and nature of their illness and clinical diagnosis
Select and execute proper radiographic techniques for individual patients accordingly to their clinical needs within established professional and departmental guidelines
Responsible to ensure readiness, proper functioning and maintenance of the radiological equipment and accessories within designated work area and also the cleanliness and tidiness of the procedure / examination room daily
Perform in accordance to standards described in SOP and work instructions and comply with the relevant rules and regulations.
Support other staff in providing comprehensive patient service
Other ad hoc duties assigned by management
Min Diploma/Degree in Diagnostic Imaging, Diagnostic Radiography or relevant
Ability to carry out X-ray (including DEXA Scans), Mammography and Ultrasound is a must
Candidate with experience performing CT/MRI scans will be at an advantage
Registered with National Environmental Agency (NEA) as a radiation worker
Registered with Singapore Allied Health Professional Council (AHPC)
More than 2 year of experience is preferred
Those with more experiences will be considered for senior position
