We are seeking a highly skilled and mission-driven Senior / Engineer to join our Counter Unmanned Department. The successful candidate will focus on radar technologies for drone detection and classification, and lead efforts in end-to-end systems integration of multi-sensor solutions. You will play a key role in defending critical infrastructure and operations against evolving drone threats. This position requires flexibility to support high-priority operations and critical events, which may involve extended or irregular working hours.
Be Part of Our Success
Lead the design, integration, and optimization of radar systems for the detection, tracking, and classification of UAS threats.
Evaluate, configure, and test radar sensors, ensuring performance in diverse operational environments.
Perform end-to-end system integration of multi-domain sensor technologies (RF, EO/IR, radar) with command and control (C2) systems.
Support field deployments, technical evaluations, and live trials of CUAS systems.
Analyze radar and system data to assess detection/classification performance and improve algorithms or configurations.
Collaborate with hardware, software, and field teams to resolve integration challenges and implement system upgrades.
Maintain technical documentation, including system architecture, interface control documents (ICDs), and integration test plans.
Be prepared to provide on-site support during critical events, including troubleshooting and rapid reconfiguration.
Qualities We Value
Knowledge in Electrical Engineering, Systems Engineering, or related field.
Minimum 3 years of experience in radar engineering or sensor integration roles.
Strong understanding of radar principles (e.g., Doppler processing, clutter rejection, target tracking).
Hands-on experience with sensor and systems integration, preferably in CUAS, Defence, or surveillance environments.
Proficiency in interpreting and implementing ICDs and interface standards (e.g., ASTERIX, TCP/IP, MIL-STD).
Experience with real-time systems testing, performance evaluation, and issue resolution.
Ability to work in fast-paced, operationally critical environments and support extended work hours as needed.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

Proven ability to collaborate across multidisciplinary teams

Ability to manage priorities and deliver under pressure
