Job summary

Anchorage Construction Co. Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking a Contracts Administrator to assist the Contract Manager with pricing, take-off measurements, and preparing tender and contract documents for civil engineering projects.

You will monitor projects, liaise with clients, consultants and contractors, view sites, and perform related admin tasks while applying knowledge of contracts law, SOP, and contract drafting/administration.

Qualifications

• Diploma in a relevant discipline or equivalent.
• Min. 5 years in civil engineering contracts.
• Knowledge of Contracts Law and SOP.
• Experience in contract drafting and administration.

Responsibilities

• Assisting Contract Manager in pricing and taking off measurement works.
• Preparing Tender and contract documents.
• Monitoring related projects.
• Liaising with clients, consultants and contractors.
• Site viewing and understanding.
• All other necessary admin works related to work scope.
