Senior/Quantity Surveyor (Tender/Projects)

Responsibilities:

1. Prepare accurate cost estimates and tender submissions for construction projects
2. Work closely with the project team, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure project understanding is accurate
3. Review cost impact (Value Engineering proposals/Variations)
4. Monitor project costs and provide detailed tender analysis and recommendations where suitable
5. Evaluate and review contract terms within tenders and resolve any contractual queries
6. Ensure timely completion of tender submissions and compliance with safety and industry standards

Requirements

1. Degree/diploma in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or equivalent
2. Minimum 2 years of relevant QS experience in the construction industry
3. Ideally possess experience with A1 main contractors
4. Candidates with more QS experience can be considered for the senior position
