Job summary

A leading construction firm in Singapore is seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor to handle pre and post contract administration, cost management, and procurement. The ideal candidate should have a degree or diploma in Civil Engineering or Quantity Surveying, at least 5 years of experience, and strong communication skills. This position is only open to Singaporeans and PRs, and the candidate should be able to start on short notice.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years working experience in main contractor in Singapore.
• Only for Singaporeans/PRs.
• Preferably able to commence within short notice.

Responsibilities

• Pre & Post contract administration works.
• Tender taking off, call quotation and cost estimate for tender.
• Sourcing quotations, negotiations, and procurement.
• Preparing contract and payment certificates for sub-contractors.
• Monitoring cost budget and cost control for maximum project profit.
• Attend consultant meetings and prepare claims.

· To attend the consultant meeting, preparing variation work costing, progress claim and settlement final account with client and sub contractors.
