Job description

We are looking for candidates to embark on our Church Project.

1. To perform estimation for variation submission

2. Valuing and preparing progress claims and payments of suppliers

3.Prepare variation orders, progress payments and claims and finalisation of accounts

4.Perform measurements for quantities

5. Evaluation of price comparison

6.Attend site and Consultant/Technical meetings

7. Monitoring of project variations

8. Handle any other ad-hoc duties and tasks assigned by supervisor and management

Requirements

1.Degree in Quantity Survey, Engineering (Civil), Building or Equivalent

2.Minimum 5 years of relevant working experience, handled projects with complicated Archi/ID scope as Main contractor is preferred.

3. Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)

Candidates with more experience may be considered for the role of Senior Quantity Surveyor.
