Senior Quantity Surveyor/ Quantity Surveyor

Job Description

1. Participation in the preparation of pre & post tender documentation
2. Prepare tender BQ/quotations including taking off, material and costing
3. Source for new suppliers & sub contractors
4. Responsible for coordination with contractors, suppliers & other parties
5. Communicate & coordinate with Client/Consultant/Project Manager for claims and variation matters

Job Requirements

1. Construction & Interior Fit-out related experience in Singapore advantageous
2. Candidate must possess at least Professional certificate in Engineering (civil) or equivalent
3. Required Language: English
4. At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position
5. Preferably Senior Executive specialised in Civil/Construction/Structural/Facilities or equivalent
