Senior Quantity Surveyor [LTA Project | Up to $6.5K]

Responsibilities :

• Taking off quantities, sourcing sub-contractors & suppliers, pricing and preparation of tender submission
• Evaluation of price comparison and costing summary
• Project administration and documentation include preparation of interim valuations, pricing and agreement of contract variations, update claim submissions, preparation of final accounts
• Any other ad-hoc duties assigned

Requirements :

• Minimum of 3 years of experience or above as a Quantity Surveyor (QS) with a Main Contractor for Civil Construction projects
• Strong knowledge of construction contracts, cost management, and tendering processes. Proficient in relevant software (e.g., AutoCAD, MS Project, Excel).
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with clients, sub-contractors, and other stakeholders.
• Ability to work effectively both in a team and independently, demonstrating strong problem-solving and organizational skills.
• Possesses a strong work ethic.
