Job description

Responsibilities:

• Quantity measurement of the structural, Electrical and Instrumentation (E&I), mechanical / equipment / painting works
• Reconcile MTO with the clients
• Monitoring changes on-site with production teams: design drawing changes / Identification of Changes (IOC) / Confirmation of Verbal Instruction (COVI)
• Compile changes proposal register
• Preparation & submission of changes proposal to client for approval
• Project costs control: design drawing changes / handle commercial claims (extension of time / dispute claims etc.)
• Handle material take-off and variations

Requirements:

• Degree in Civil Engineering / Quantity Surveying or relevant field
• Minimum 3 years of quantity surveying experience
