Job summary

AECOM Singapore is seeking a qualified professional in Building/Quantity Surveying with post-contract experience to support pre- and post-contract activities for infrastructure projects.

You will liaise with clients, consultants, and site teams, review drawings, prepare cost estimates, contracts, and tender documents, and ensure contractual compliance across projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Building or Quantity Surveying or equivalent.
• 4 years of experience in pre- and post-contract in consultancy/main contractor environments; builder/infrastructure projects advantageous.
• Demonstrates passion, is results-oriented, and committed to company and client.
• Contributes by solving problems and applying experience to typical projects.
• Mentors juniors and performs self-checks before submission.
• Works collaboratively with guidance on unfamiliar activities.
