Job summary

AECOM in Singapore is seeking an experienced Civil/Utility Engineer to lead planning and detailed design of utilities corridors for major infrastructure projects. You will review data, manage design packages, and coordinate with clients and stakeholders to ensure timely, compliant delivery.

This full-time, on-site role requires 5–8 years of utility engineering experience, strong knowledge of AutoCAD and Civil 3D, and excellent communication.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
  • 5–8 years of experience in utility engineering, utilities corridor design, or utility diversion works.
  • Experience in major transportation, rail, road, infrastructure, or urban development projects.
  • Practical experience with utility agency approval processes in Singapore.
  • Proven experience with IPAG submissions and approval management is an advantage.
  • Proficiency in civil engineering software such as AutoCAD, Civil 3D, ArcGIS Pro, or similar tools.
  • Experience in BIM coordination and clash detection tools is an advantage.
  • Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and industry standards.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with clients and teams.

Responsibilities

Job Description
Project Design and Execution

Lead the planning and detailed design of utilities corridors and utility diversion schemes for infrastructure and civil engineering projects.
