The successful candidate will engage in tendering for new MRT and tunnel projects, reporting directly to the Contract Manager, with clear responsibilities in cost estimation and contract management. Candidates must hold a Diploma or Degree in Quantity Surveying, and prior experience in railway or LTA projects is mandatory.

Job Responsibilities:

• Report to Contract Manager

• Support in tender or project.

• Preparing cost estimation, quantity take-off, cost evaluationn, progress payment and Vos and other QS duties if required.

• Carry out other Contracts Administration activities.

Job Requirements:

• Diploma/ Degree in Quantity Surveying or equivalent
